If you’re over 65 years old (50 years or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), please follow the registration process below.

Already registered with My Aged Care?
Ask My Aged Care to provide you with a Transport Referral Code.

Apply for an assessment with My Aged Care.
Request Access Sydney Community Transport Services and a Transport Referral Code
Step 2
Complete the Access Sydney Registration Process
Call us on 8241 8000 and ask to register.
Our Intake & Assessment Team will complete a brief assessment over the phone to determine your transport needs.
How long will this take?
Minimum 3 business days once we receive your request.
Step 3
Make a booking!
You’re now registered with us and eligible to receive subsidised transport services or social support.
