Why this survey?
Access Sydney Community Transport has funding from the Australian Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care to explore options for delivering community transport that better responds to the changing needs of older people in South East Sydney. We want to know how community transport can better support older people and their carers. The survey will take 15 minutes to complete.
Your answers will help plan future transport options. All the information collected in this survey is anonymous unless you provide your contact details.
