The Board of Directors provides strategic direction to and governs the operations of Access Sydney Community Transport Ltd. to ensure that it:

  • Meets its objectives as specified in the constitution
  • Remains a viable organisation, and
  • Meets its legal and regulatory requirements.

The Board of Directors are responsible for ensuring Access Sydney operates within its approved budget and in accordance with the policies and procedures authorised by the Board.

Robert Macey

Robert Macey

Director

Robert has led complex, multi-modal operations across Transport for NSW and Transport for Victoria and held senior leadership roles with Transdev and Sydney Ferries, serving as Managing Director, Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Customer Officer. With a CPA and a Masters in Transport Management, he blends
rigorous governance and financial discipline with uncompromising safety and a strong customer focus to deliver strategic transformation, robust contingency planning, and sustained performance improvement. Robert joined the Access Sydney Community Transport Board in November 2019 and has been chairperson since 2021.

Arthur Stobierski

Arthur is currently the Regional Finance Manager at Wormald Australia, an essential service provider of Fire Safety Systems and Products. He has also held previous senior Finance Leadership roles in Distribution, global Service & Installation, and Manufacturing/Retail businesses.With a professional CPA qualification, and over 20 years financial experience, Arthur’s background includes: transformational change, continuous process improvement, profitable business strategies, ranging from segment revenue growth, head count reduction, business restructures and functional relocations.

Lisa Parcsi

Lisa has worked in varying roles in the public health system for 25 years. She is currently the Director of Integration Strategy and Partnerships in Sydney Local Health District. Prior to this she held the position of Director of Projects to the Chief Executive, Acting Director Allied Health and Director of Occupational Therapy across Sydney Local Health District. An occupational therapist by training, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Health Service Management. She brings experience in organisational strategy, quality and safety in health care and leadership within the Australian, NSW and UK public health systems. Lisa joined the ASCT Board in 2018.

Natalie Peterson

Natalie currently works as a Senior Consultant in Engagement and Communications for the engineering firm, GHD. Natalie has a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement and media management. She brings over six years’ experience in the public transport sector, working for private operator, Transdev. Prior to that, she worked as an Advisor for the NSW Government and also spent time in the disability sector, working for not-for-profit TADNSW. Natalie holds a Bachelor in Media (Writing), a Diploma of Leadership and Management and is iap2 certified. Natalie joined the Access Sydney Community Transport Board in March 2022.

Susan Findlay

Susan Findlay

Chairperson

Sue has over 35 years’ experience in the human services sector, primarily in NSW, but more recently encompassing national operational experience while working in an executive role for a national NGO. Sue has held executive management and leadership positions with state-wide and national responsibilities. Sue has had oversight of, and managed the delivery of services in the Disability, Child Protection/Out of Home Care, Aged Care and Community Transport sectors. Sue’s experience covers community development, program planning, program delivery, contract management, organisational management and development, and consultation at local and regional levels.

Sue holds a number of short course qualifications in Public Sector, Strategic, Financial and Project Management. Sue has also undertaken a NSW Public Sector Executive Development Program and is a graduate of the Social Leadership Australia program run by the Benevolent Society.

Ian Londish

Director & Honorary Secretary

Ian is a Governance Institute of Australia Facilitator, Chair of Burrendong Minerals Ltd and Company Secretary of the Sydney Eye Hospital Foundation Ltd. He is an experienced Director and Secretary having experience in the governance of Listed, Unlisted and Not for Profit entities with formal qualifications in Accounting, Law & Governance. Ian’s experience includes senior roles in mining, quarrying, real estate and education. He is a Commissioner in Scouts Australia NSW and was a member of Abbotsleigh Council for over 11 years.
