The weather is certainly cooling down and there has been an increase in Covid and respiratory illnesses within the community. It’s a timely reminder to talk with your doctor about vaccinations you may require and what you can do to prevent infection.

Mother’s Day will be celebrated on Sunday 11 May 2025. This is a time to celebrate and honour the women who have helped shape our lives. To all the mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmother, aunties and women who provide wisdom, guidance and care to their families and extended families – we thank you!
Aged Care Reform Update
As you know, the Australian Government is working to improve Australia’s aged care system. In this newsletter we are providing an update on some of the changes that will be implemented in the coming months. (See details below)

Outings Program
There are some exciting outings scheduled for May 2025 including a visit to Sydney Zoo, a Day at the Warwick Farm races and a trip to Bilpin, a village famous for its apples in the Hawkesbury district

New vehicle
This month we’ve just welcomed a brand-new 20-seater Toyota Coaster to our fleet. It has comfortable seats, air conditioning, a hand luggage rack, easy access via an electric sidestep, and large windows to enjoy the view.
