Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking with us we ask you call us at least 24 hours in advance.

To cancel your transport booking please call us on 8241 8000. This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

For outside office hours, please contact our hotline number on 0452 248 442.

Clients who miss transport without warning or cancellation are recorded as a “no-show” which may incur a fee or a suspension of services if a client is a repeated “no-show”.
