What are your operating hours?

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

What areas do your services cover?
Our main service areas are Strathfield Council, Burwood Council, City of Canada Bay, Inner West Council, City of Sydney, Bayside Council and parts of the Eastern Suburbs.
Are your vehicles walker and wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, all our vehicles are able to accommodate walkers, and among those, we have 12 vehicles that are wheelchair accessible.
I have registered with My Aged Care already. How do I start using your safe and reliable transport service?
1. Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask for your Transport Referral Code.
2. Call our friendly multi-lingual team to complete a brief assessment so you can get the most suitable transport services.
Are you an approved NDIS Provider?
Yes. Please call our friendly multi-lingual staff to learn more.
Can you provide transport for people on Home Care Packages?
Yes. Please call our friendly multi-lingual staff to learn more.
Can I hire your bus?
Access Sydney offers bus & driver hiring services and options that can be tailored to your specific needs.

Can my family member or carer travel with me?
Yes, just let us know during the booking process. A small surcharge will be applied.
Do you offer services for culturally and linguistically diverse people?
Yes, our friendly staff speak a range of languages. Due to the capabilities and expertise of our team, Access Sydney is a verified specialist in providing services to culturally and linguistically diverse people.
Are your transport services free?
No. Clients are expected to contribute to the cost of their service. While our services are subsidised by the government, a client contribution is a requirement. We strive to keep client fees to a minimum. If you are experiencing serious financial difficulty, please contact us to discuss some alternative options.
