Personal Transport

To and from post office, banks, visiting family or friends, medical centres, etc. (All personal transport 1 bag limit up to 4 kg)

●  Service chare: $6.00

●  Within 10 kms: $1.30/km

●  Over 10 kms (the portion exceeding 10 km): $1.60/km

Indirect Transport

Sometimes we may give you the choice of using a taxi if we cannot provide a direct service for you. The use of taxi services is limited and you may need to pay an extra cost for this service.

Transport to Public Hospitals

To Public Hospitals not including day centres, respite, or medical centres in the hospitals.

●  $9.00 each way up to 10km
and $1.60/km the portion exceeding 10 km

Volunteer home visiting services and accompanied activities for clients living in the South East Sydney Social Support Service Area.
