  • You will need to complete an Eligibility Assessment and Registration through My Aged Care (MAC).
  • This can be done by calling 1800 200 422. 
  • Alternatively, you can lodge your registration online at http://www.myagedcare.gov.au/.
  • Let them know that you require transport assistance.
  • Make sure your request Access Sydney Community Transport as your provider!

Check your eligibility! To access our services you:

  • Have a My Aged Care ID.
  • Are aged 65 years or older.
  • Are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander aged 50 years or older.
    OR
  • You are part of the NDIS.

Signing up with us is easy!

  • Once you have you Aged Care ID number call us on 8241 800 to sign up or fill out our form online!
  • Then it’s as simple as calling us up to make bookings for medical and individual transport, shopping trips, social outings and more!
