Access Sydney Board of Directors 2021-2022 

The Board of Directors provides strategic direction to and monitors the operations of Access Sydney Community Transport Ltd. to ensure that it:

  • Meets its objectives as specified in the constitution
  • Remains a viable organisation, and
  • Meets legal requirements including those related to incorporation, funding, contractual arrangements, the employment of staff and the provision of services.

The Board of Directors are responsible for ensuring Access Sydney Community Transport Ltd. operates within its approved budget and in accordance with the policies and procedures set down by the Board.

Robert Macey

Robert is currently the NSW Managing Director at Transdev Australiasia. He is an experienced executive who values bringing business ethics, collaborative change management and team development together to deliver results. Robert's career began as a Christmas casual, loading and unloading airmail bags at Australia Post, moving into Finance and then Operations. In recent roles he has focused on people leadership, strategic change (short and long term), reducing risk, contingency planning and maximising profitability.

Arthur Stobierski

Arthur is currently the Regional Finance Manager at Wormald Australia, an essential service provider of Fire Safety Systems and Products. He has also held previous senior Finance Leadership roles in Distribution, global Service & Installation, and Manufacturing/Retail businesses.With a professional CPA qualification, and over 20 years financial experience, Arthur’s background includes: transformational change, continuous process improvement, profitable business strategies, ranging from segment revenue growth, head count reduction, business restructures and functional relocations.

Lisa Parcsi

Lisa has worked in varying roles in the public health system for 25 years. She is currently the Director of Integration Strategy and Partnerships in Sydney Local Health District. Prior to this she held the position of Director of Projects to the Chief Executive, Acting Director Allied Health and Director of Occupational Therapy across Sydney Local Health District. An occupational therapist by training, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Health Service Management. She brings experience in organisational strategy, quality and safety in health care and leadership within the Australian, NSW and UK public health systems. Lisa joined the ASCT Board in 2018.

Alice has over 10 years’ experience working the disability sector and over 5 years’ experience recruitment. Alice currently works as the coordinator for the Inclusive Volunteering Pathways to Employment Program who is passionate about volunteering and accessible workplaces. Alice has a Bachelors in Arts Organisational Learning and Diplomas in Community Service and Business Management. She is passionate about the community services area while ensuring good governance. Alice joined the Access Sydney Community Transport Board at the end 2020.

Natalie Peterson

Natalie currently works as a Senior Consultant in Engagement and Communications for the engineering firm, GHD. Natalie has a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement and media management. She brings over six years’ experience in the public transport sector, working for private operator, Transdev. Prior to that, she worked as an Advisor for the NSW Government and also spent time in the disability sector, working for not-for-profit TADNSW. Natalie holds a Bachelor in Media (Writing), a Diploma of Leadership and Management and is iap2 certified. Natalie joined the Access Sydney Community Transport Board in March 2022.

Catherine is a highly effective global principal with deep experience across financial service, management consulting, maritime and manufacturing industries.
Catherine has held senior leadership roles in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, driving change and building high-performing teams.
Catherine holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a fellow of the CPA.
