Our hiring process 

Your application is the first step in the selection process.  All applications will be assessed and an interview shortlist will be developed. Only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted and invited in for an interview.

The selection panel will then assess all interviewees before recommending a suitable candidate. The successful candidate must achieve a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to an offer of employment being accepted.

Board Director

Access Sydney Community Transport is governed by a Board of 7 Directors. The role of the Board is to provide strategic direction that aligns to our mission and values, ensure that the company complies with the law, is financially stable and to employ and support the CEO in his/her role.

We are looking to recruit suitably skilled people who are interested in the not for profit sector and have a background in one or more of finance, planning, change management, HR management to join the Board and support ASCT.

Community Transport Driver

We are looking for reliable Casual Transport Driver’s who values customer satisfaction. Driver will be responsible for the provision of friendly, safe and timely transport for customers of the service, who include frail older people, younger people with disabilities and other transport disadvantaged members of the community.

Drivers also have administrative and reporting responsibilities that are essential to the role and they are a critical part of the vehicle maintenance and overall safety management system. All drivers are required to be comfortable with use of modern technology and devices like smartphone and tablets. Training will be provided.
