Feedback and Complaints

Feedback is important to us. You can tell us if you are happy with our service or wish to suggest improvements. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can make a complaint without fear of it affecting your services.

To provide feedback you can complete the Feedback and Complaints form on the website, or you can:

  • Talk to any Access Sydney staff member, and they will direct your concern/complaint to the right person
  • Call our Client Services Representatives on 8241 8000
  • Email us at customerservice@accesssydney.org.au
  • Write to us at 48/378 Parramatta Road Homebush West NSW 2140

We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days, and we aim to resolve complaints within 2 weeks. You can also contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission on Phone 1800 951 822 or website www.agedcarequality.gov.au to make a complaint about any aspect of the services we provide to you.

Whistleblower Disclosures

You can report misconduct such as unlawful or unethical behaviour, without fear of reprisal.

You can make a confidential report in person, via phone, online or e-mail to: Access Sydney or a responsible person or other employee of Access Sydney, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, a police officer, or an independent aged care advocate. You can also submit a report anonymously.

To make a confidential report of misconduct, such as unlawful or unethical behaviour, you can complete the Whistleblower Disclosure Form on the website, or you can:

  • Call 8241 8000 and ask to speak with the CEO
